Jessica Millhiser is the sole founder of JMills Consulting where her mission is to help business owners prepare for internal growth which will allow their business scale over time.
While Jessica’s independent consulting business is fairly new, she has been working in an operational, administrative and leadership capacity for over 15 years. She also received her master’s degree in Coaching & Administration. This is a skill set and passion she has sustained throughout her working life in various industries. Now officially on her own, the joy of working with other women in business has soared; there has been no greater reward than serving female business owners in their journey to success.
Jessica has lived and worked in Vermont, DC, and Los Angeles and is now happy to call Colorado her home. She lives with her husband, Joshua, and their two feline fur babies, Juniper and Ivy.
In this episode, we discuss the importance of having a partnership with someone who can handle the paperwork and financial aspects of running a business while they focus on providing excellent service to clients. JMills Consulting offers various services, including education and coaching, with a focus on being an accountability partner for their clients. They value both coaching and consulting, recognizing that entrepreneurs may not have all the answers and need guidance from a different perspective. Jessica emphasizes compassion and understanding in her approach to helping clients navigate their personal and professional lives.
