Our design team prepares production-ready artwork sized and formatted for the specific product and print method. You review and approve before anything goes to print.

Proof & Produce

You get a digital proof (and physical sample for larger orders) before full production begins. Once approved, we run the order through our vetted production partners.

Deliver

Shipped directly to you, or on select kitting projects, directly to your recipients. We track every order and handle any reprints if something doesn't meet spec.

What People Ask

Do you handle the design, or do I need to supply print-ready files?

We handle design. That's actually one of our biggest advantages over a typical print shop — our in-house design team prepares artwork that's formatted correctly for the specific product, substrate, and print method. If you have existing brand files, we work from those. If not, we develop what you need.

What's the minimum order quantity for apparel and promotional products?

It varies by product. Screen printing typically has a minimum of 12–24 pieces. Embroidery can often go lower. Promotional products range widely by item. When you contact us, we'll be upfront about minimums for whatever you're interested in — and we'll always suggest the most cost-effective path for your quantity.

What's the turnaround time?

Standard turnaround for most print products is 5–10 business days after proof approval. Rush options are available for most items. Large format and apparel orders may take slightly longer depending on quantity and complexity. For events and trade shows, tell us your date and we'll work backward from there.

Can you handle kitting and fulfillment for swag boxes?

Yes — on select projects. We source every item in the box, handle custom printing on any packaging, assemble everything, and ship directly to your recipient list. This is ideal for client gift campaigns, new hire welcome kits, conference VIP packages, and launch boxes. Contact us with your vision and we'll scope it out.

Can you match my exact brand colors?

Yes. For print, we work to Pantone specs where possible. For apparel, embroidery thread is matched to your brand color, and screen printing ink is mixed to your Pantone or closest equivalent. We provide proofs before production so you can confirm color accuracy before anything goes to press.

Do you offer samples before a full production run?

For larger orders, yes. Physical pre-production samples are available for most apparel and promotional product orders and are strongly recommended for anything high-quantity or high-stakes. Sample costs and lead times vary by product — we'll let you know what's available for your specific item.
