Working With Beefy Marketing

Founded 2009Based in Tomball, TXResponse time 1 business dayIEDC Gold & Silver award-winning work

What does Beefy Marketing do?

We're a full-service creative and marketing agency in Tomball, Texas. We build brands, websites, and software, and we run the marketing that drives people to them — design, web, SEO, paid ads, social, video, podcasts, print, and AI advisory. See all services.

Where are you located and who do you serve?

We're based in Tomball, Texas, and serve the greater Houston metro — Tomball, The Woodlands, Spring, Cypress, Magnolia, and Houston proper — plus clients nationwide, remotely.

How fast will someone get back to me?

Within one business day. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Central. Email hello@beefymarketing.com or use the contact form.

Are you big enough to handle my project?

Yes for anything from a logo to a multi-year municipal retainer. We've delivered for the Tomball EDC, Visit Tomball, Microsoft, and NC A&T State University. If a project genuinely needs a bigger shop, we'll say so and point you somewhere else.

Who will actually be doing my work?

Our in-house team, not subcontractors you'll never meet. You can see everyone by name and read their backgrounds on the team page.

Pricing & Contracts

Websites from $6,000Retainers from $2,000/moFixed quotesNo ad spend markup

How much does a website cost?

$6,000 to $45,000. A 5–10 page marketing site starts around $6,000; large builds with custom functionality, e-commerce, or 30+ pages go higher. Full breakdown on the pricing page.

How much is a monthly marketing retainer?

$2,000 to $12,000 per month, with most local and home-service clients between $2,500 and $6,000. The number depends on how many channels are running, not on how many hours we log.

Do you lock clients into annual contracts?

No. Retainers are month-to-month after an initial 90-day period, which is the shortest window where marketing results can be judged fairly. Projects are fixed-scope, fixed-price.

Do you mark up advertising spend?

No. Ad spend goes directly to Google, Meta, or the platform in question and is billed to you at cost. Our management fee is separate and stated up front.

Can I pay over time?

Yes. Standard terms are 50% up front and 50% at launch; monthly payment plans are available on builds over $10,000. We accept ACH, check, and credit card.

Websites & Development

Typical build 8–12 weeksYou own the siteHTTPS on every launch

How long does a website take to build?

Eight to twelve weeks for a typical marketing site. Discovery and design run about four weeks, build about four, and revisions plus launch prep the rest. The single biggest cause of delay is waiting on content from the client.

Do I own my website when it's done?

Yes — the site, the domain, the code, and the accounts. We don't hold hosting or domains hostage, and we'll hand over credentials on request even if you leave. More on web design & development.

Will I be able to update it myself?

Yes. We build on editable platforms and include a training session at handoff plus 30 days of post-launch support. Care plans are available if you'd rather we handle updates.

Is my site secure?

Every site we launch runs on HTTPS with auto-renewing certificates, off-site backups, and managed updates under a care plan. Details on our security & privacy page.

SEO & AI Search

First movement 3–6 monthsNo ranking guaranteesReporting monthly

How long does SEO take to work?

Three to six months for meaningful movement, six to twelve for competitive terms. Technical fixes and Google Business Profile work can show results in weeks; earning authority for competitive keywords does not happen faster than that, and anyone promising otherwise is selling something. See our SEO service.

Can you guarantee a #1 ranking on Google?

No, and neither can anyone else. Google doesn't sell placement in organic results. What we can commit to is the work: technical health, content depth, local signals, and the trust signals AI engines score you on.

How do I show up in ChatGPT, AI Overviews, and Perplexity?

By putting verifiable proof on your site in a structure AI can lift: transparent pricing, a real review hub, named authors, dated awards, schema markup, and answer-first FAQs. AI engines cite pages that answer a question directly in the first sentence and back it with specifics.

Does publishing my prices really help?

Yes. Google's AI shopping and Mode features surface businesses that state costs and skip the ones that won't. Pricing transparency is now a trust signal, which is why our own pricing page lists real ranges.

What reporting do I get?

A monthly report with rankings, traffic, leads, and what we changed — plus a live dashboard. We report leads and revenue, not impressions, because impressions don't pay anyone's bills.

Branding, Video & Content

Brand identity from $4,500Video from $2,500Award-winning design

What's included in a brand identity project?

Discovery and positioning, logo suite, color and type systems, usage guidelines, and core collateral. Larger engagements add naming, voice, photography direction, and campaign systems. See design & branding.

How much does a video cost?

$2,500 to $35,000. A single-location shoot day with one edited deliverable starts at $2,500; multi-day scripted brand films with talent and motion graphics run to the top of the range. See video production.

Do you write the content, or do I?

Either. We write it by default — that's usually why projects finish on time. If you'd rather write it yourself, that lowers the price and we'll give you the outline and word counts.

Do you use AI to make our content?

We use AI as a tool, with human strategy, editing, and approval on everything that ships. We never put client confidential data into public AI tools. Full details in our AI Policy.

Getting Started

Discovery call 30 minutesQuote freeProposal in 3–5 days

What happens on the first call?

Thirty minutes: what you sell, who buys it, what's not working, and what you can spend. You leave with a range to budget against whether or not you hire us.

How soon can you start?

Typically within two to three weeks of a signed proposal, depending on the current queue. Rush schedules are possible and priced accordingly.

What do you need from me to begin?

Brand assets you already have, access to your domain and analytics, one decision maker who can approve work, and about two hours of your time in the first two weeks.

What if I'm not sure what I need?

That's the normal starting point. Bring the problem, not the solution — "our phone stopped ringing" is a better brief than "we need a rebrand," and it often leads to a cheaper answer.
