The Client
Who They Are
Affiliates of Family Medicine is a family medicine practice with two offices north of Houston: 28517 Spring Trails Ridge in Spring and 503 Medical Center Blvd in Conroe. Their physicians provide preventive, whole-family care for every age, from newborns to seniors: annual physicals, well-child and well-woman visits, diabetes and cholesterol management, and same-week care when someone gets sick.
The Challenge
What We Were Solving
Two offices, two phone numbers and patients of every age, many of whom prefer Spanish. Families want to know three things fast: can this practice see my family, when are you open, and how do I book. This was a full redesign of the existing site, built to answer those questions on any device and make booking the obvious next step.

What We Built
The Build.
A dark slate hero that leads with Dedicated to Your Family’s Health and “compassionate, comprehensive family medicine for every stage of life, with offices in Spring and Conroe, Texas,” with Book Appointment and Meet Our Providers buttons.
An info bar right under the hero: Two Convenient Locations (Spring & Conroe), Full-Service Family Care (newborn through senior years), Bilingual Care (English / Español) and office hours (Mon–Thu 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, Fri 7:30 AM–3:30 PM).
A “We Truly Take Care of You” intro and a “Comprehensive Care for Every Age” grid: General Physicals, Well-Child Check-Ups, Diabetes Management, Cholesterol Management, Well-Woman Exams and Acute Illness Care.
A Meet Our Doctors section introducing the practice’s physicians, Dr. Leticia Garcia-Seay and Dr. Elena Garcia.
“Two Offices, One Care Team” cards giving the Spring and Conroe offices each their own address, phone, hours and booking buttons.
Patient Forms and a Spanish-language section side by side, plus an FAQ that answers forms, Spanish-speaking staff and prescription refills.

Built and checked across desktop, tablet and phone. On mobile the headline, primary CTA and click-to-call stay front and center, and the service menu collapses into a clean drawer.

Each office’s full name, address and phone number appears consistently on the site, giving Google clear location signals for both Spring and Conroe. Each type of care is clearly named on the page, and the FAQ answers the questions patients actually ask.
